Can Value Be Added Onto My Card After It Is Purchased?
The card was used at a regular bookstore with no problem. Disappointed that as soon as it was registered online to check funds, the funds miraculously have already been used to purchase online game stuff. The Starbucks gift card can be used to purchase coffee, tea, snacks, and a variety of other products available in-store. For many, it’s the perfect way to treat someone to their favorite drink or snack. The Starbucks app also allows recipients to load their gift card directly onto their account, making it easy to use and track their balance.

If your purchase is larger than your balance, ask the cashier to swipe the gift card for the exact amount available on the card. Then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.” Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions.
